Definitions

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: "The Company" means Hiut Denim Limited. "Customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.

Delivery Time

Orders will be executed within 1-2 days of you placing the order.
Products that we have in stock in Norway will be shipped within 1-2 days from our local warehouse. Other products will be sent from our fulfillment partners in either Asia, Europe or the US. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

We have selected vendors and fulfillment partners that meet our requirements and deliver quality products at a reasonable price. To keep prices low, we keep a low stock an ship directly from our fulfillment partners, hence different product categories have different shipping times

On average:

  • Helmets and adult racing protection - Orders should be with you within 2 - 5 working days after dispatch. This category is only shipped to delivery addresses in Norway.
  • Kids racing suits and protection - Orders should be with you within 5 – 7 working days after dispatch. This category is only shipped to delivery addresses in Norway.
  • Customized team wear - Orders are produced within 3-5 days of order confirmation, and should be with you within 2- 3 weeks after dispatch.
  • Other products - Orders should be with you within 3 - 4 weeks after dispatch.

    Notice

    You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

    Claims

    Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to Gran Turismo Store within seven working days of delivery. Gran Turismo Store shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by Gran Turismo Store, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged to Gran Turismo Store for examination.

    Liability

    • If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, Gran Turismo Store shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
    • If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective Gran Turismo Store shall at its option, replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
    • In no circumstances shall the liability of Gran Turismo Store to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

    Product Specifications

    Gran Turismo Store reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
